This iconic Remuera villa, one of the legendary 'seven sisters' built for the original landowner's daughters, had been a long-term rental before the owners made the decision to prepare it for sale.
Our team managed the entire project, balancing modern upgrades with the home's timeless character to create a refreshed, high-value property.
Decking and railing upgrade
Refurbishing old terrace railings not only restores the original charm of your home but also enhances safety and adds a polished finish to your outdoor space. Adding large bi-fold doors onto an elevated deck creates a seamless flow between your indoor and outdoor living areas, flooding your home with natural light and opening up to stunning garden views.
The addition of stairs down to a lush lawn and a new ground-level deck expands entertaining options, providing a spacious, sheltered area with plenty of comfortable seating and shade, perfect for relaxing, dining or hosting family and friends all year round.
The new kitchen is all about convenience and style
Upstairs, we renovated three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a stand-alone laundry. Downstairs, the space includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, a generous fourth bedroom with an ensuite, an office and a guest toilet.
The new kitchen features loads of storage, hardwood floors and a sweeping engineered-stone bench. We created great indoor-outdoor flow with a bifold servery window in the kitchen and bifold doors in the living area which lead to the covered back deck, perfect for entertaining.
