Do you work directly with interior designers, or only with homeowners?
We regularly work with both. Many of our projects involve close collaboration with interior designers from the outset or we’re brought in once a design concept is in place. We're comfortable joining the project at any stage, and we’re happy to lead communication or sit in support of your team.

Can you handle complex or custom design details?
Absolutely. We thrive on detail. Whether it’s custom cabinetry, non-standard materials or a unique layout, we understand that these elements are what make a space feel intentional. We take extra care to interpret design specifications accurately and raise questions early to avoid surprises later.

How do you manage communication during a build?
We use Builda Price, a project management platform that keeps everyone on the same page. It allows both clients and designers to see real-time progress updates, budget tracking and important decisions all in one place. We also keep open lines of direct communication for anything that needs a quick conversation.

What areas do you work in?
We’re based in Auckland and primarily take on projects in the Central suburbs. If you have a project outside this zone, we’re happy to discuss it, especially if it involves an interior designer or architectural team we’ve worked with before.
