From concept to completion, Qualitas Builders handle everything, including coordinating subtrades, managing council inspections and securing final Code of Compliance sign-off. Our goal is to make your building experience stress-free while delivering a home you’ll love to live in.

Founded in 2010 by Bryce and Amanda Chisholm, Qualitas Builders build high-quality, beautiful homes we’re proud to put our name to. Local to West Auckland, we specialise in building new homes and undertaking larger residential renovations, Auckland wide. We take pride in our craftsmanship and seamless project management, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard.

Bryce – Director & Qualified Builder

With over 25 years in the construction industry, Bryce is a Qualified Builder, Licensed Building Practitioner and the driving force behind Qualitas Builders. He is involved in all aspects of the building process including project management and engaging with sub-trades.

Passionate about mentoring, Bryce actively seeks enthusiastic young people who want to learn the building trade, including his son, Liam. He enjoys taking apprentices under his wing and teaching them how to be excellent builders.

Amanda – Director & Client Relations

Bringing a strong background in sales and marketing, Amanda’s attention to detail and focus on meeting client needs will ensure you're delighted by your experience with Qualitas Builders. She’ll keep you well informed every step of the way, with everything from comprehensive building proposals to weekly progress updates.

Her expertise in systems and administration also led her to establish My Smart Office, a business dedicated to helping other builders and tradies with their bookkeeping, admin and systems.
